# Privacy Policy

## Summary

Xquizit processes data for employers running hiring assessments and for candidates completing those assessments. This includes account information, assessment responses, proctoring recordings, and usage data needed to deliver and secure the platform.

Customers can also connect Meta to import leads from authorized Pages and Instant Forms. Imported information includes contact details, original form answers and source metadata. Disconnecting Meta clears connection credentials and stops new imports through that connection; previously imported candidates and answers remain.

When an imported Meta lead is erased, a minimal source identifier associated with the customer account is retained to prevent reimport. This record does not contain contact details or form answers.

## Data deletion requests

Email [support@xquizit.in](mailto:support@xquizit.in?subject=Data%20deletion%20request) with the subject "Data deletion request". Describe the information you want deleted and include the email associated with your account or lead submission. For Meta leads, include the hiring organization and Page or form name if known. Do not send passwords, access tokens or identity documents in the initial request.
